I saw this over at Bike Portland. Papergirl, originally done in Berlin, was brought to Portland by artist Abraham Ingle. Papergirl distributes art by bicycle to random people all around downtown Portland. Enjoy.Papergirl Portland from abraham ingle on Vimeo.
