All Racktime carriers and BASKIT EDGE plastic baskets come with a 10-year warranty. This warranty applies because the carriers are made from durable light metal and tested beyond ISO standards. To claim the warranty, you’ll need proof of purchase.

- The warranty covers material and manufacturing faults for 10 years, starting from the date on your receipt.
- Tubus (the manufacturer) will either repair the product or replace it with new or refurbished parts.
- What’s Not Covered:
- Cosmetic issues like surface scratches or gloss fading.
- Wear and tear on moving parts like basket hinges.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper modifications.
- Products designed specifically for bicycle manufacturers as original bike equipment.
- Accessories like spring clamps, rear lights, or adapters.
- Requirements for a Valid Warranty Claim:
- You must show proof of purchase.
- The product must have been bought new and manufactured after 2022.
- The product should have been used as intended and not show damage from misuse.
