I found this interesting Web-App powered by google called G-Maps Pedometer. If you have ever used mapping software that allows you to save a route, you will be right at home with this app. This app is awesome to plan your commuting route. It gives you distance, elevation and calorie burn information. It also allows you to switch from map view to satellite view to a hybrid view. Best of all, you can save your route!
