To say that Tobias and Jake provide full resolution in a timely manner without minutiae is a gross understatement and mischaracterization of the culture facilitated by aforementioned shop manager Toby. It’s where putting themselves out and bending over backwards to exceed expectation is the measure. Where each exchange is conscientiously curated, and tailored to meet the individual need with patience and humility. A proverbial Mecca for those making the pilgrimage.

Great tune-up experience

Everyone at Campfire was friendly and helpful. I took my bike in for a tune-up and they didn't try to upsell. They did only what they thought was necessary. The bike runs great now and the price was excellent.

I made the mistake of trying a less professional shop for my bikes assembly, luckily, Campfire found and corrected some safety issues. (Loose headset, brake rotors, cranks, yikes!!) Friendly and not condescending like some others shops.
