Very cumbersome to use.

I love buying stuff from Campfire Cycling - them I rate with 5 stars. So this is just about the map case. It is difficult to open and seal. Not just difficult but counter-intuitive. By making it waterproof to the Nth degree they took what could have been a simple zip-loc bag and made it a battle with folds and velcro.. The clips for attaching to the four edges of the bag cover are so tight that you will feel like you are at the last 6 inches of fitting a tire on a rim -times four. I have found this to be more trouble than it is worth and have consigned it to the "Misc bike components" bin. I truly love Ortlieb products, but not this one. Not Campfire's fault. Campfire rocks!

Ortlieb map case review

Purchased map case to go with Ortlieb Ultimate 6 handlebar bag purchased previously from Campfire. Case is held securely to bag by bungees/clips at all four corners but is removable when desired. Case is longer than top of bag, but can be folded to fit without flapping during ride. No long term durability determination yet, but seems to be good quality. Campfire answered questions and shipped quickly. Happy with purchase.
