MSW 2-Year Warranty
MSW products are covered by a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If an issue arises, MSW will repair or replace the product at their discretion. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
What’s Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper assembly, lack of maintenance, or user error. It also excludes misuse, modifications, accidents, or commercial use.
Cosmetic issues like scratches, fading, or surface damage are not covered, along with normal wear and tear. MSW does not cover labor costs for installation, removal, or adjustments. Additionally, using incompatible parts or accessories voids the warranty.
