Where are you going? Absolutely anywhere with the Ponderosa Panniers from Old Man Mountain. These bikepacking panniers are ready for everything. Sunshine or rain, your gear will stay dry and protected in these 100% waterproof, TPU fabric panniers with welded seams and Hypalon reinforcements. Old Man Mountain has secured them to the rack with camming velcro straps at the top and uses the lower compression strap to loop through the rack and guarantee that your bags don’t turn into dumbo ears when you hit a bump, no matter how rough.
Old Man Mountain has made all of the compression straps replaceable so next time you spill some salsa on your bag and Mr. Mouse nibbles through one you can just swap it out, nice and easy. The Ponderosa Panniers have the typical frame sheet in the back (against the rack), but OMM has also added a removable frame sheet on the front side of the bag so it compresses evenly to give you the slimmest profile bag possible with what you choose to carry.
OMM’s branding is super subtle so you can focus on your adventure and not their logos. It’s embossed into loop velcro so you can attach any patch with ease and swap it out as your mood suits you.

Lifetime Warranty Policy by Old Man Mountain
Scope of Warranty
Old Man Mountain provides a Lifetime Warranty for its products, covering defects in material and workmanship intended for the original purchaser. This warranty is valid for the product’s reasonable lifetime.
Proof of Purchase Requirement
The warranty requires the original purchaser to present the original dated sales or delivery receipt as proof of purchase.
Exclusions and Limitations
Not Covered Under Warranty
The warranty does not extend to damages resulting from misuse, neglect, failure to follow instructions, improper installation or maintenance, abuse, alteration, involvement in an accident, or normal wear and tear. Additionally, products altered outside of Old Man Mountain or issues related to non-Old Man Mountain manufactured accessories or equipment are excluded.
Claim Process and Evaluation
Returning Defective Products
For a defective product, the original purchaser must return it to Old Man Mountain’s factory. The purchaser is responsible for all transportation charges.
Assessment of Defects
Old Man Mountain reserves the sole right to determine the existence of a defect in the returned product.
Remedy for Defects
If a defect is confirmed, Old Man Mountain will either repair or replace the defective part. No claims for charges related to the removal, disassembly, or reinstallation of the product will be entertained.
Notification and Liability
Notification Timeline
A defect claim must be made within sixty (60) days of its appearance. Failure to notify within this period constitutes a waiver of all claims.
Limitation of Liability
Old Man Mountain shall not be liable for consequential damages or contingent liability arising from any product failure, or from the use of accessories or equipment not manufactured by them.
Warranty Specification
This Lifetime Warranty is the only warranty provided by Old Man Mountain. No other expressed, implied, or statutory warranties are made or authorized by the company.
