USA year ago I was building a Surly Disc Trucker. I had bumped up 26" from to 700C and need to find the adapter FK-4F for my Old Man Mountain front rack. I contacted OMM three ways, i.e. website form, email, and phone message to find the correct part. He never responded. I tried again a couple months later, all three ways again. OMM=horrible customer service and I will never buy from them again. I finally found an adapter at Campfire (BikeShopHub). When I got around to ordering the part they had it and shipped it pronto. I am so happy to be able to mount my front rack and bags THANKS Campfire!
The kit worked perfectly with my OMM rack, which is my favorite rack to use for my bike that has no braze one for traditional racks. I can also run full fenders and disc brakes when I want to. Bike Shop Hub shipped quickly, as they always have. I will continue to happily spend money at Bike Shop Hub.
