Ortlieb Rack R1

This is a great minimal rack! I wasn't able to find much on the internet about it, and so bought it kind of "blind," but it worked out well. I was worried just how minimal it was, but it fits great over 700C wheels with fenders. Still looks very clean. I have the Ortlieb commuter bag pannier, which is horizontal, so I was also worried about heel clearance (on my old rack, I was only able to find one position that worked). The fixing arms are plenty long, and the brazed-on QL3 nubs are angled well, so there's plenty of heel clearance. There's no flat table part, so you can't really put anything on top (compare to Ortlieb Rack 2), but that is what I wanted for the minimal look. Installation was super simple. I love it, would definitely recommend!
