USI have a Ortlieb Micro Saddle Bag that I switch between bikes. This little clip makes it possible. Note that it will only fit on the straight portion of the rails.

Bought the ortleib plus saddle bag a month ago. Wasn't sure about fit when warned about difficulty fitting Brooks saddle. But fit my selle anatomica saddle with no problem. One of the better purchases I've made for my bicycle. The medium size holds 2 tubes, first aid kit with multi tool plus tire levers and CO2 inflator and spare CO2 plus rain jacket.
