What’s Covered:
Carbon Rims (CZR): Lifetime warranty for the original owner’s personal use.
Carbon Rims (Ci24, Ci31): 3 years from purchase.
All Other WTB Products: 2 years from purchase.
Requirements:
Valid proof of purchase (date, price, product details) from an authorized retailer.
Claims must be filed within 60 days of discovering a defect.
How to Claim:
- Submit a claim form at WTB’s Warranty Portal.
- Do NOT send your product unless WTB requests it.
- You cover all shipping costs (WTB isn’t responsible for lost/damaged items).
What’s NOT Covered:
Damage from accidents, misuse, commercial use, or improper assembly/repairs.
Modifications (e.g., tubeless conversions on non-TCS tires, removed serial numbers).
Normal wear and tear or products bought used/from unauthorized sellers.
Labor costs for removing/reinstalling parts.
Products purchased through unauthorized retailers (e.g., grey-market sellers).
Key Notes:
Warranty is non-transferable (original owner only).
Repaired items keep the original warranty period; replacements get a new warranty.
If denied, you pay for repairs/shipping.
WTB decides claims within 30 days of receiving all details.
