Position Overview
We’re looking for a sales oriented person to take charge in our showroom and dazzle our customers with insights about all of the bikepacking and bicycle touring gear that we offer. We have a great team of mechanics and they could use some help interfacing with our customers. As a small, dynamic business, we are looking for team players who can bring the dynamics, adaptability and excitement to help our team thrive.
On the ecommerce side we need someone to ship, receive, organize and help with customer service. The two sides of this hybrid job fit together quite nicely. Shipping and receiving leads to strong insights into all of the products that you’ll be selling on the sales floor.
