Keith Cobb, Mount Angel Seminary student, rides his bike with an electric motor through the neighborhood.
On any given day, Keith Cobb zips through Mount Angel on his bicycle, making the nearly 1-mile trek up the Mount Angel Abbey hill without breaking a sweat.
His wife, Jo Garcia Cobb, passes cars on her bicycle with her 5-year-old daughter in tow as she “runs” an errand.
Bystanders may marvel at their speed -€œ up to 25 miles per hour -€œ but the Cobbs are running on more than just pure adrenaline.
They have the help of an electric engine to get them where they need to go.
“People are really curious,” Jo said. “They notice I am going really fast. They say, ‘How do you do that?'”
