Ya so I’ve been working out….
And I am finding that I am not as strong as I used to be. Dang talk about a humbling time! I go to the gym and ofcourse its filled with these buff guys that are pushing out more weight than I can ever imagine. But I am determined to not let that discourage me. I make sure that I work harder to get to my fitness goals.
But back to the subject of my sore muscles. Basically its been about a good year since I’ve lifted any weights. Which means when I lifted for the first time this week, I woke up super sore the next day. I did find some tips on how to treat my muscles.
