So there I was at the gym running on the treadmill. I knew there was something odd about my run, I felt some pain on my hip but ignored it.
As soon as I got off I felt some pain in my left knee. Dang man, I couldn’t beleive that I just hurt my self!
It wasn’t even a cool thing that I was doing that led to the injury. If I had hurt it while doing sweet jumps then I can tell people, “oh yeah, I was doing some flippin’ sweet jumps and I hurt it.” But no!
Now I have to say….”I was running on the treadmill and I hurt myself.” Man that sounds like a pansy excuse!
Well, with that all said and done, any advice on nursing a wounded knee?
