Yeah, it looks like the bike stayed up on the trail. It’s bad enough to have to crawl back up hill all busted up after a fall like that, than to have to carry a busted up bike too. Add to that having to drag all those bike parts back to civilization. And the bike fell on it’s left side so the drive train is still clean. So the guy was pretty lucky in my estimation.

Must have been one heck of a helmet. Kept him alive after a fall like that. What ever brand it is, I want one!
