This video has already circulated quite a bit on the web, but I just watched it for the first time and wanted to post if here at Utility Cycling.org. The video, which was filmed by a StreetsblogSF member, shows US Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood giving an informal speech in favor of livable streets at the 10th National Bike Summit. Its encouraging to watch LaHood, who appears to be excited and positive about the idea of livable streets for US communities, and it definitely gives me hope for positive changes to come.
