Sam Whittingham has figured out how to go 80 mph on a bicycle. Now, as the founder of Naked Bicycles, Whittingham figures out how to keep customers on their bikes for many years after they roll away from his shop. He considers his advocacy work is getting his customers to use their bikes everyday “with a smile on their face.”
It comes down to listening to what they need, and what’s going to keep them not just excited and riding it tomorrow because it’s a new bike, but riding it next week because it’s a comfortable bike, and riding it in three years because it’s a reliable bike.
