In a very creative form of visioning, graduate students at Kent State University in the city of Cleveland, OH, recently undertook a cycling infrastructure installation, which consisted of temporary two-way cycle tracks, sitting areas, and more to give people an idea of what the future area could look like. The project was called Pop-Up Rockwell, and helped to show the city and community what infrastructure investments could provide for them and the surrounding area. Let’s hope they can make these great installations permanent! Via Streetsblog.
